Şerike Çavuşoğlu


Serike Cavusoglu is senior human resources and business consultant with 20 years of experience gained as a corporate HR executive and a consultant. She has a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering gained at Istanbul Technical University in 1989. Following this she worked as an HR executive within the automotive industry at Koç Holding and at the consumer electronics firm, Vestel. In 2001, she joined Arthur Andersen in their Human Resources Consulting division as a Senior Manager. For the past five years she has been working as an independent consultant. Her expertise covers assessment and management development application and design, re-organization and implementation of HR processes, competency mapping, 360 degree development systems, performance appraisal, career and succession planning, and business process restructuring.

Hulya Ayav earned her BSc degree in Psychology specialised in Industrial Psychology at Istanbul University in 1999 and her MBA in Human Resources Management at Saint Mary’s University (Halifax, Canada) in 2002. During her studies in Canada she worked as an HR consultant at Business Development Center and continued her career in this field in New York between 2002 and 2004 working for Turkish-American Business Forum Forum and New York State Psychiatric Institute. Upon her return to Turkey, she worked as an HR Consultant at Institute for Behavioral Studies (DBE) in their Organizational Development Center. Following this, she took up a position with BASF Chemicals as their Training and Development Lead for Turkey, Middle East and North Africa Region. Her work as an independent HR consultant mainly focuses on growth for individuals and organizations. Hulya also holds a coaching certificate gained at FA Coach Academy in 2007 and combines her HR consulting work with executive coaching. Her expertise and assignments to date include numerous development programmes for competency based selection, assessment and management development application and design, employee/customer satisfaction and engagement studies, 360 degree development systems, competency profiling, psychometric testing, and assessor training for assessment centres.
